Hello, I’m Sara.
Clinical Social Work has been my specialty for over 14 years. My current work has a special focus on therapy for burnout, pregnancy loss and infertility as well as forensic evaluation for immigration court.
I was drawn to this field as I’m passionate about helping others. I have had the opportunity to work with many individuals over the years from a variety of backgrounds. Common things that I have helped others with include coping with infertility, pregnancy loss, career burnout, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, grief/loss, relationship issues, adjusting to new diagnoses, understanding neurodivergence and adjusting to major life changes. I bring my seasoned experience with several evidenced based tools and resources that we can explore. My goal for all of those I get to work with is to help them find what works for them. We are all unique individuals and your care should focus on what works for you. I have experience with several commonly used models including: CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, Trauma Informed Care and much more.
